Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using, or registering for Intl2US ("the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, including the mandatory arbitration provision and class action waiver in Section 11, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Intl2US is an AI-powered college admissions planning platform designed for international students applying to US universities. The Service provides personalised planning, school list management, essay strategy tools, profile gap analysis, and AI-generated guidance based on user input.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us or, if you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you have obtained the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the Service and agree to these Terms.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safely maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Let it be explicitly stated we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

5. Disclaimer Regarding AI-Generated Content

The Service heavily utilizes artificial intelligence to generate plans, school recommendations, essay outline strategies, and feedback based on the information you provide.

This content is intended strictly for informational, brainstorming, and organisational purposes. It does NOT constitute professional admissions counselling, legal advice, or guaranteed outcomes.

AI outputs may occasionally contain inaccuracies, factual errors, or generic advice that does not fit your specific circumstances. You rely on any AI-generated output at your own risk. We make absolutely no warranties, express or implied, regarding admissions outcomes to any university or program.

6. Acceptable Use and User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
  • To exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personally identifiable information, or otherwise.
  • To submit generated applications or essays to universities under the false pretense that they are your original work if they are not. Adhering to university academic integrity and AI policies is solely your responsibility.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Service, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
  • To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Service or users of the Service or expose them to liability.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Intl2US, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the core material on our Service. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over any personal essays or intake data you submit to the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER WE NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH US MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Intl2US, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms or your use of any information obtained from the Service.

11. Governing Law and Arbitration

All matters relating to the Service and these Terms and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE BREACH, TERMINATION, ENFORCEMENT, INTERPRETATION OR VALIDITY THEREOF, INCLUDING THE DETERMINATION OF THE SCOPE OR APPLICABILITY OF THIS AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE, SHALL BE DETERMINED BY ARBITRATION IN DELAWARE BEFORE ONE ARBITRATOR. THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE ADMINISTERED BY JAMS PURSUANT TO ITS COMPREHENSIVE ARBITRATION RULES AND PROCEDURES. JUDGMENT ON THE AWARD MAY BE ENTERED IN ANY COURT HAVING JURISDICTION. THIS CLAUSE SHALL NOT PRECLUDE PARTIES FROM SEEKING PROVISIONAL REMEDIES IN AID OF ARBITRATION FROM A COURT OF APPROPRIATE JURISDICTION.

YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST US ONLY IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

12. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement and your access to all or any part of the Service, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Service at any time without prior notice or liability.

13. Changes to the Terms of Service

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Service thereafter. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.
